01 / GET STARTED

From invitation to your first shift.

Follow these steps in order. Your seller creates the delivery profile; you connect it to your own account.

01

Join a seller’s team

Ask a marketplace seller to add you in Seller Center → Delivery team. Registration currently works through a seller invitation.

02

Prepare your profile

Provide your full name, phone, email, CNIC number, front/back ID images, city and vehicle details. Add an emergency contact where available.

03

Create your account

Open the delivery portal and create an account using the same email the seller used for your invitation. Complete any email confirmation requested.

04

Connect your invitation

Sign in, enter the invitation email and seller’s 6-digit code, then select Activate delivery portal. Ask the seller for a new code if needed.

05

Wait for approval

Profile activation and approval are separate. New assignments require an approved, active rider with their shift switched on.

06

Start delivering

Agree your area, working arrangements and rider payment with the seller. Start your shift and manage assigned tasks from your dashboard.

02 / ON THE ROAD

Switch on. Deliver well. Sign off.

● SHIFT ON

Become available

  1. Sign in at /delivery and open your dashboard.
  2. Check your profile is approved and active.
  3. Press Start shift. The portal shows YOU ARE ONLINE.
  4. Your seller can now assign new delivery tasks.
○ SHIFT OFF

Finish your session

  1. Check your tasks and complete delivery updates first.
  2. Tell the seller about unfinished or unsuccessful deliveries.
  3. Press End shift and check the confirmation. Resolve any portal message before leaving.
  4. The portal shows YOU ARE OFFLINE and saves the shift summary. Review Shift history & earnings.
03 / EVERY ORDER

A professional delivery, step by step.

1

Accept task

Review pickup, address, customer contact and seller notes before accepting.

2

Mark picked up

Collect the correct parcel and confirm pickup only after receiving it.

3

Start delivery

Start the journey, open navigation and share location / ETA updates when safe.

4

Mark delivered

Confirm the handover first, then mark delivered. Add a note or report an issue if delivery fails.

Know your earnings.

Each task displays delivery fee, distance, your rider earning and payment status. The customer delivery fee and your rider earning can be different. Shift history records assigned orders, completed deliveries, distance and earnings.

Agree rates and payment timing with your seller. Displayed earnings are a record, not an automatic bank transfer or guaranteed income.

Deliver with care.

Keep parcels secure, protect customer contact details and confirm the correct recipient. Never share passwords or invitation codes publicly. Park safely before using your phone. Location updates require device permission; refresh them during the journey when safe.

GOOD TO KNOW

Before you begin.

Can I join without a seller?

The current portal uses seller invitations. Contact a marketplace seller to join their delivery team; creating an account alone does not approve you for assignments.

My invitation code does not work. What next?

Use the same email as your invitation. Recheck the six digits and ask the seller to regenerate the code if necessary.

Why am I not receiving tasks?

Check approval, active status and shift availability. Assignments are made by the seller; going online does not guarantee an order.

What if a delivery cannot be completed?

Contact the seller, record an accurate rider note and follow their instructions. Do not mark the task delivered before a successful handover.

Ready for your first shift?

Keep your invitation email and six-digit code ready. Your dedicated delivery workspace is waiting.
