ONE ALL IN ONE

Islamic Commerce Charter

Important: These are operational marketplace rules inspired by established Islamic commerce principles. They are not an individual fatwa. Before full commercial launch, the complete policy and payment model should be reviewed by a qualified Sharia adviser and lawyers in each operating country.

Purpose

ONE ALL IN ONE is committed to a marketplace based on halal trade, mutual consent, honesty, trust, justice and mercy. The platform does not claim that every listing is independently Sharia-certified; sellers remain responsible for the lawfulness of their goods, services and contracts.

Mutual consent (taradi)

A transaction must be freely accepted by both customer and seller. The product or service, final price, quantity, condition, delivery charge, delivery time, refund terms and any material restriction must be visible before confirmation. Forced, hidden or automatically added charges are not allowed.

Truth and full disclosure

Sellers must accurately disclose condition, origin, defects, expiry, ingredients, size, compatibility, stock, warranty and delivery limits. Fake images, false reviews, counterfeit branding, hidden defects, misleading discounts and artificial scarcity are prohibited.

No riba, gambling or excessive uncertainty

Interest-bearing charges, interest for late payment, gambling, paid games of chance, fake bidding and transactions built on material uncertainty are prohibited. A fixed price or disclosed service fee may be charged, but it must be agreed before the order and must not increase merely because payment is late.

Ownership and authority to sell

A seller must own the item, possess lawful authority to sell it, or clearly act as an authorised agent. Pre-orders, made-to-order goods and supplier-fulfilled orders must clearly state their contract type, specifications, price and delivery date; sellers may not present uncertain stock as ready inventory.

Justice and mercy

Customers and sellers must act respectfully, fulfil promises, protect each other’s property and resolve genuine mistakes fairly. Financial hardship may be handled through extra time, cancellation or a mutually agreed solution—never through interest or abusive penalties.
