Ingredients

Milk solids, wheat flour, sugar, vegetable oils, corn starch, sodium bicarbonate, tartaric acid, green cardamom, saffron, and salt. May contain traces of tree nuts.

How to Prepare

1. Prepare a sugar syrup by boiling sugar with water.

2. Mix the Shan Gulab Jamun Mix with water and a little ghee to form a smooth dough.

3. Shape into small balls.

4. Deep fry on low heat until golden brown.
