Delivery of Services & Project Timeline
• Kickoff & Communication: Once a service package is purchased, we will contact you via the platform's messaging system within 24–48 hours to collect your project requirements, branding assets, and content.
• Milestone Deliveries: Project timelines depend on the package selected (e.g., 5 business days for a landing page, 14–21 business days for a full e-commerce store). Drafts and design previews will be shared via live staging links.
• Final Delivery: Upon final approval and successful completion of the project, ownership and full access credentials (or website transfer) will be securely delivered to you digitally. No physical items will be shipped.
Refund Policy
Refund & Milestone Policy
Because web development requires dedicated hours of labor and custom design, we do not offer 100% full refunds once work has officially commenced.
Our standard refund structures are as follows:
• 100% Refund: Available if you cancel the order before any discovery calls, research, or development work has started.
• 50% Refund: Available if you choose to cancel after the initial layout/wireframe draft is delivered, but before full development begins.
• No Refunds: Once the website is fully developed, coded, and ready for final delivery or transfer, no refunds can be issued.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Revision & Project Cancellation Policy
• Revisions: Each package includes a specific number of revision rounds (as stated in the service description). Revisions cover text tweaks, layout adjustments, and color changes. Major structural changes requested after design approval may incur an additional fee.
• Client Responsiveness: To keep projects on schedule, clients must provide feedback or required materials within 7 business days. If a client goes unresponsive for more than 14 consecutive days without prior notice, the project will be considered complete and closed.
• Project Cancellation: Either party may cancel the project at any time by giving written notice. If cancelled, the client will be billed for the hours worked or milestones completed up to the date of cancellation.
