1. Shipping Policy (Digital Services) At Huda Atr & Craft, we provide digital products and services only. No physical items are shipped.
All orders are delivered electronically via email, cloud link, or agreed platform (WhatsApp, Google Drive, etc.) within the specified delivery time.Refund Policy
5. Refund Policy Due to the nature of digital services:
- No full refunds once work has been delivered
- Refunds are only applicable if:
- Service is not delivered within agreed time
- Final work is completely different from agreed requirements
- Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
2. Delivery Time Delivery time depends on the service selected:
- Basic services: 24–48 hours
- Advanced/custom projects: 2–5 business days

3. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before work has started
- Once the project has begun, cancellation may not be possible
- If partial work is completed, a partial fee may be charged
